Making your own flash dryer is a great way to save money and have the exact machine you need. There are a few different ways to make a flash dryer, and we will show you the easiest way in this blog post. You will need some basic materials, and we will give you detailed instructions on how to put it all together. Once you have made your flash dryer, be sure to read our tips for using it effectively!

  • A box fan
  • An aluminum pie pan
  • A piece of cardboard
  • Stapler and staples
  • Tape
  • Scissors
  1. First, take your box fan and place it on a flat surface. Next, take the aluminum pie pan and cut it so that it fits snugly over the front of the fan. Make sure that you leave enough of a lip on the pan so that it can be attached to the fan.
  2. Next, take the piece of cardboard and cut it into a square that is slightly smaller than the aluminum pan. This will be used to diffuse the light from the flash dryer.
  3. Now, take the pan and attach it to the fan using the staples. Make sure that the pan is attached securely so that it does not come off when the fan is turned on.
  4. Next, tape the cardboard diffuser to the back of the pan. Be sure to use enough tape so that the diffuser is securely attached.
  5. Your flash dryer is now complete! To use it, simply plug it in and turn it on. Hold your garment close to the dryer, and be sure to move it around so that all areas are exposed to the heat.
  • Be sure to hold the garment close to the dryer, but do not touch the aluminum pan as it will be hot.
  • Move the garment around so that all areas are exposed to the heat.
  • Do not leave the dryer unattended while in use.
  • Be sure to unplug the dryer and allow it to cool down before moving or storing.
